Dr Elaine Kim is a medical doctor and entrepreneur. She is the co-founder and CEO of Trehaus, an integrated co-lifestyle space for families with a preschool, office space/ business club with creche, and family club.  Trehaus School is a Silicon Valley-inspired preschool and childcare that is changing early education, focuses on building character and future skills, and lets parents be present for their children’s learning journey.

As an entrepreneur and founder of several businesses, and as a founding CEO of CRIB, her experiences as a professional women inspired her to start Trehaus and provide a solution for other working parents to find work-life integration, pursuing successful careers and businesses while prioritizing family and not missing out on their children’s’ precious, formative first years. 

After a decade as a doctor caring for terminally ill patients, she continues her involvement in palliative care through her work with the Singapore Ministry of Health Ageing Planning Office

She remains involved in various charitable causes, having led awareness-building and fundraising initiatives for causes that support patients with cancer, the terminally ill, and which protect at-risk children from trafficking and abuse.

Elaine was selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum.

She is married to venture capitalist John Kim of Amasia VC and they have 3 young children.

CRIB is an organization helmed by women who are passionate about supporting the entrepreneurship dreams of fellow women. Our team of staff and volunteers bring a broad range of skills, talents and personal attributes, which have brought CRIB to where it is today.   

Jeannie is Mama Bear to the community who ushers in new members and guides the members of the community in more ways than one. She connects and matchmakes member brands while managing the social content and marketing opportunities. She also co-ordinates and organises events for the benefit of the members.

Jeannie is the Founder and Creative Director of JeannieRichard.

Samantha is always eager to pull in notable industry names for the CRIB community to learn from and hence discover inspiring ways to enhance the member’s entrepreneurial journey.

She also brings together the signature CRIB At Home Series social campaign that helps members put their brand presence forward.

Samantha is the Founder of Areli Designs.

Nora’s organizational prowess expertly channeling towards CRIB Circles. Through her adept skills, she manages small, intimate groups that cultivate a confidential atmosphere, fostering camaraderie, while propelling personal and professional advancement.

Nora’s finesse in weaving connections generates a positive impact, fuelling collective growth and empowerment.

Nora is the Co-Founder of Selenightco.

Perng was the executive director of CRIB. She is now volunteering for the organization and assists in advising the current leadership and management of CRIB on programs, administration and strategic plan of the organization. She is currently the Marketing and Events Director at Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFF). Prior to CRIB, she started her own real estate team at Keller Williams Realty firm. Perng has over 10 years’ experience in business development with a proven track record of driving productivity through building partnerships and maintaining client relationships. She has worked previously for Bank of America, HSBC, Charter Private Bank and Michael Kors Inc. Perng earned a Bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Washington in Seattle and a Fashion Marketing degree from Parsons, The New School of Design in New York City. Perng’s passion is to make an impact through her work by helping others rise to their potential in their professional or personal goals. Her ABC Entrepreneur Profile is Business Manager.

Razia is a Psychology graduate who has been involved in social counselling for the last decade and has recently joined CRIB as a volunteer. She has hosted events, talks and discussions for various groups on different platforms. She’s passionate about issues involving youths and women empowerment. Her desire is to explore social business opportunities in the coming years as she learns more about entrepreneurship.She always appreciates a good coffee and novel travel suggestions. Ana is our CRIB Membership Coordinator. She started as our events volunteer because she strongly believes that “when women help women, miracles happen.” Her experience in managing loyalty and rewards club programs in the hospitality industry is an asset to us at CRIB. Having a few experiences of her own in entrepreneurship and understanding the importance of having complementary co-founders, she wants to help women form successful partnerships in their business. Jacqueline was CRIB’s Membership Executive. She strongly believes in building a safe space for women to network and learn from one another. Personal development is something that really ignites her passion and surrounding herself with like-minded people who inspire her and help her be a better person excites her. She graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor degree in Business Management. She is inspired to love, explore and create- To love herself and others through personal development and meaningful relationships; To explore the world around her through the lens of gratitude and compassion; To create an inspiring, purposeful life while encouraging others to do the same. Ling managed CRIB's Society program and the successful execution of all CRIB’s events. She has over 8 years’ of experience in the F&B and hospitality industries including taking on marketing, events and social media projects. You will often hear her bubbly self before you see her as she is passionate about many things, but more about working with people to develop ideas and making them happen! Ling is a graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas (Singapore campus) and has a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, with major in Hospitality Management.
