The demands placed on the modern day woman are higher than ever before.

We are simultaneously expected to be wives, mothers, workers, daughters – all at full capacity. How has this affected our rights and responsibilities, particularly in relation to family, marriage and children? The invisible threads of the law bind us every day, but few of us ever stop to understand them.

Join Chee Jia, an entrepreneur and family lawyer, in a talk and Q&A session demystifying this topic.

Areas covered:

1. Women’s charter and the impact on women’s rights
2. Rights over Children
3. Responsibilities to support Children
4. Maintenance within marriage
5. Impact of employment on women’s rights and responsibilities
