Yai Sukonthabhund
CEO of Crossbridge Capital
Yai Sukonthabhund is Partner and CEO of Crossbridge Capital Asia, based in Singapore. Crossbridge Capital is a global wealth management rm that provides independent and tailored investment solutions to private clients. Yai joined Crossbridge Capital in 2010 to establish the rm’s regional presence in Asia. Under his leadership, Crossbridge Capital has seen record growth in assets under management; and initiated various innovative projects across the region. In 2016, Crossbridge Capital Asia launched CONNECT by Crossbridge, Singapore’s rst and largest robo advisory platform. Yai has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in leading wealth management companies. Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, he worked at Bank Julius Baer as the Head of FX, Asia and prior to that in Citigroup and Deutsche Bank. Yai is a graduate of Cornell University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Zoe Hubbard
Group Chief Operating Officer of Crossbridge Capital
Zoë is the Group Chief Operating Officer at Crossbridge Capital, based in Singapore. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the global day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. In 2009, Zoë joined the Crossbridge Capital team in London as one of the pioneer employees and was instrumental in developing the business of Crossbridge. She then relocated to Singapore in 2013 to establish and develop the Asia operations. Prior to joining Crossbridge Capital, Zoë worked as an Assistant Vice President within the Private Banking division of Credit Suisse in the UK. Following four years within the Management Information team in London, Zoë moved to work for the Business Support team in Zurich covering the Market Area UK/International/Eastern Europe. Zoë received her BA (Hons.) degree in Law and American Studies from Keele University. An exercise aficionado, she runs marathons, scuba dives and spins during her free time.
Charlie O’Flaherty
Head of Digital and Distribution Crossbridge Capital
Head of Digital Strategy and Distribution at Crossbridge Capital, a global wealth management firm which provides independent and tailored investment solutions to private clients. Working from the Singapore office, his role includes unifying the firm’s trusted and expert human advisors with the latest technology in order to meet our clients’ needs and to enhance our investment service offering. Crossbridge Capital was founded in 2008 and has offices in London, Singapore, Monaco and Malta with approximately US$3 billion under supervision. Before joining Crossbridge Capital in 2015, my 20+ years of experience in Asia, the UK & the US included building and running HSBC Securities USA (APAC) where he elevated the profile of the business from “unranked” to among the top 10 in the region (source: Greenwich Asian Business Survey). At Incapital, he led the Structured Products Group, where he was awarded Distributor of the Year by Structured Products Magazine for building the largest US wholesale distributor of structured products. Then he went on to restructure ABN AMRO’s US Private Investor Products business including bringing both manufacturing and distribution in-house to produce sales of over $2 billion in year one. He has been qualified to hold sales and supervisory licenses by the regulatory authorities in Asia, Europe and the US.
