ABOUT THE SPEAKER
Chloé Cortinovis is a holder of an Executive MBA from the Institut Français de la Mode in Paris, she has been working in the creative industry sector for almost 20 years. She worked as a Strategy and Business Development Consultant before becoming Managing Director of a training and consultancy agency in Paris. Within this role, she collaborated with various luxury groups and brands on their retail transformation and employee development (Hermès, LVMH, Gucci, St Laurent, Boucheron, Tommy Hilfiger, Ba&sh, Hema, etc.)

In 2018, she launched the Bienvenue Factory agency. She designs tailor-made programs for executive committees, brands and operational teams to succeed in their retail development (customer journey, omnichannel strategy, trends & consumers habits). Singapore, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and Seoul have become her new playground!
