Logistics is essential in all businesses. Companies often compete on the margins created through innovative logistics choices. The logistics journey involves everything from sourcing, transportation, storage and distribution. An organization with well-organized logistics and supply chain management has a qualified advantage over other companies. The second most valuable company in the world and one of the fastest growing is Amazon. One of the major secrets behind Amazon’s massive transformation from a simple online bookseller to the most dominant force in the retail industry is its innovative and highly efficient logistics and supply chain.

CRIB has partnered with pslove to bring you an informative evening as we discuss “The Path to Operational Excellence”. The speakers in this panel will take participants through their company’s journey on implementing effective strategies in their business operations that helped them expand internationally.
